Monty Busbee
Staff Hydrogeologist
Mr. Busbee has more than ten years of professional experience in environemental remediation, consulting, and assessment of site and regional scale hydrologic and geochemical issues at locations throughout the United States. His experience includes involvement in soil and groundwater remediation projects at sites including military (US DOD), nuclear (US DOE), chemical and industrial facilities, as well as gas stations and drycleaners. Mr. Busbee currently develops conceptual hydrologic and geochemical site models, conducts remedial system design, third-party oversight, and site cleanup. He also assists in the preparation and execution of cleanup action plans, sampling and analysis plans, spill response plans, health and safety plans, and quality assurance/quality control plans. Mr. Busbee's field experience includes the emplacement and/or injection of various remediation chemicals, bioremediation compounds, and inert materials by hydraulic fracturing, as well as soil sampling, monitoring and injection well installation, groundwater monitoring and sampling, and conducting soil gas surveys. He has participated in the installation of numerous remediation systems using various technologies for the remediation of metals, solvents, pesticides and gasoline related contamination.
