Mr. Lish has more than seven years of professional experience as a project manager on numerous environmental site characterizations, remedial actions and due diligence investigations at locations throughout Washington, Oregon, and southeast Alaska. His experience has included developing regulatory strategy; conceptual model development; remedial system design and installation; and third party oversight. He conducts and manages projects and field programs for Phase I environmental site assessments, subsurface assessments, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and site cleanups. His field experience includes monitoring well installation; groundwater pumping and slug tests; chemical oxidant injection; and soil, soil vapor, surface water, and groundwater sampling. His experience also includes logging the lithology of soil borings and monitoring wells using hand auger, hollow stem auger, roto-sonic, and direct-push drilling methods. He has conducted remedial feasibility testing including soil vapor extraction pilot tests, air sparge pilot tests, and in-situ chemical oxidation pilot tests. Additional experience includes the documentation, direction, and oversight of contaminated soil excavations; and the construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of environmental remediation systems. Mr. Lish has experience in the preparation of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs); site characterization reports; cleanup action plans; and technical memorandums. Mr. Lish has provided environmental and hydrogeologic technical support to industrial, commercial, municipal, and tribal clients.
