Mr. Carroll has over 18 years of professional experience investigating and successfully remediating hazardous waste sites at commercial properties and industrial facilities. Mr. Carroll has extensive technical and project management experience in the plume characterization, conceptual model development, feasibility analysis and oversight of remedial actions of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), light and dense non-aqueous phase liquid (LNAPL and DNAPL) and dissolved-phase petroleum hydrocarbon and chlorinated solvent plumes in groundwater, and has participated in the design, installation oversight, and operational management of soil and groundwater remediation systems at operating and former Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Transportation, Storage, and Disposal (TSD) Facilities, refineries, bulk terminals, former and operating retail dry cleaners and service station sites. Mr. Carroll routinely uses information technology expertise in database management and geographic information systems (GIS) obtained from real-world experience and Master’s level coursework to improve communication and collaboration with clients and peers, and to manage and present data more efficiently.
