Pacific Crest Environmental was founded by Lauren Carroll and Greg Lish in February 2006, and is a full-service environmental consulting firm. Pacific Crest Environmental is certified by the State of Washington as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) and is licensed as an Engineering Company in the State of Washington (No. 2252). Pacific Crest Environmental operates in a full and non-competitive partnership with Arrow Environmental. Arrow Environmental is owned by Bill Carroll.
